Veterinary Client Care Representative - Bellevue, KY
Veterinary Client Care Representative (CCR)
AcutePet Urgent Care - Bellevue, KY
$18–22/hour | No Overnight Shifts | 100% Employer-Paid Health Insurance
The first conversation matters.
When people bring a sick or injured pet to an urgent care hospital, they usually have questions before they have answers.
As a Client Care Representative, you'll help guide clients through their visit from the moment they arrive until it's time to head home. You'll answer questions, explain what comes next, coordinate appointments, and help people feel informed throughout the visit.
While the medical team focuses on patient care, you'll focus on the client experience.
Your Role
No two days are exactly alike.
You'll answer phones, schedule appointments, check clients in and out, process payments, maintain accurate records, and work closely with the medical team throughout the day. Some conversations take less than a minute. Others require patience, reassurance, and the ability to help someone who's worried about their pet.
The role works best for people who enjoy bringing order to busy days. You notice when something might need a second look, follow through on commitments, and keep small details from becoming bigger problems. Clients know what's happening, teammates have the information they need, and appointments move forward without unnecessary delays.
Who Succeeds Here
People who enjoy this role like helping others and take pride in making someone's day a little easier.
They stay steady when priorities change, treat every client with respect, and understand that even routine interactions leave a lasting impression. Dependable attendance matters because every schedule is built around the team needed to care for our patients that day.
Previous veterinary experience is helpful but not required. Many of our strongest Client Care Representatives have backgrounds in healthcare, hospitality, banking, retail, and other client-focused roles where organization, listening, problem-solving, and follow-through were part of everyday work.
