Our West Chester hospital is growing and we’re seeking veterinarians who want to practice high-quality medicine in a model designed to support both clinical excellence and personal sustainability.
We deliver emergency-level care in an urgent care setting. That means meaningful cases, strong diagnostics, and real impact - without overnights or the intensity of traditional 24/7 ER schedules.

Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent)
All experience levels welcome; mentorship available
Interest in urgent care or emergency medicine
Strong diagnostic and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary plus 25% production (whichever is greater)
No negative accrual
No overnights or major holidays
